Whyé I think itÃs because lately I havenÃtbeen sleeping with the proper pillow positioning and this happens once in a while and whatdo you normally doé or What should you doé Do you sleep on your sideé A loté Do you knowthat when you sleep on the side. most of your weight , say this is your left side,when you sleep on your left side most of your body weight, in fact all of your body weightis on to the left side.
Do you know that it while cause pain if youdo not sleep properly propping your pillows so that you will not put weight onto one shoulder Let me show you some of the techniques torelease the pain on the joint area and also the shoulder blade.
