You will tilt your neck to your shoulder. Also taking your eartoward the shoulder, then bring it back to the center. Again, to the other side, bendit into your shoulder. Bring it to the center. Make sure you always stop in the center beforeyou tilt your head to the other side. Also important not to take your shoulder to yourneck or to your head. The movement is from the neck to the shoulder.
