And I'll tell you,I see this all over the place when I go to the grocery store, when I'm shopping online,I see things being touted as whole organic products and natural products and saying they'rehealthy, when they're not really healthy. So here's the deal, you can't just read theheadlines today. You've got to know what's actually in the food, the ingredients, thelabels, and I want to talk about four of the top foods that I see on a regular basis thataren't really health foods at all. The number one is granola. Now people thatare termed to be healthy in certain states
like Colorado are known to be granolas, that'show much granola has known to become a health food. And is granola better than certain othersnack foodsé It may be, but here are the problems with granola today. It's very, very high inprocessed sugar. Now even if it says honey on the label, research has proven recentlythat 80% of honeys today are high temperature pasteurized, so it's going to kill off mostof the bee pollen, the enzymes, the things that really make honey an incredible food.So again, if they are going to use honey in granola, it should be raw honey. And also it contains grains, grains that arefull of gluten which can create digestive
problems. So when you're buying granola today,you've got to check out grainless granolas and my favorite grainless granola is BeyondOrganic. Also high temperature processed,not cultured long enough, those are the problems.
