I have a lot of pain in my legs, in the soul of my feet especially. MS hug is there constantly. Almost like at the end stage of pins and needles, where they start to come back to life again but they're not quite there yet. It's like all the nerve ends are like ice cold in your leg and they're going into knots. It was as if I had sand in between my toes. Where my feet are concerned, when they first started getting sore,

they just felt tight, felt like shoes didn't fit. And eventually this strange sensation migrated up my legs to my waist level. Some days you feel quite good that you don't have very much pain and you think 'this is great' and then, two days later it comes back with a vengeance and it makes you feel a bit down. not just once, a dozen times. I've also tried tai chi. I've also tried massage. And I've also joined a gym, but I'm afraid I have lapsed in my gym membership recently.
